Spiritual Qi Qong is the alchemical process of preparing the physical body to receive more authentic soul light and presence using breath, movement, sound and meditation. In order to receive more authentic soul-presence, one must learn how to ground, center and align with the forces of heaven and earth, and become a fluid vessel.

In this two hour workshop, we will explore the basic practice of activation, integration and transformation using the alchemical water/fire form of dim tai yi do.

Wear loose comfortable clothing and do not eat at least two hours before the workshop. Bring a water bottle and a notepad if you wish to take notes. No previous experience is required. Just a gentle curiosity and an open heart.
